Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector review

I'm sure most of you all know about BB creams and the hype they have caused recently. However, if you don't know, a BB cream stands for 'blemish balm' cream or 'beauty balm' cream. They are basically like a tinted moisturizer with added benefits such as antioxidant vitamins etc. They have been very popular is Asia for ages and now the whole beauty world wants in. Every girl seems to want one. Almost all the well known brands have come out with their own BB creams.

Garnier is the first 'drugstore' brand to hit shelves in SA and has flew off the shelves only retailing for R79! You can now get this BB cream from most clicks stores and they are making their way into Dis-chem now too. 




This BB cream contains a SPF of 15, vitamin C, antioxidants and optical pigments which help blurr imperfections and fine lines.

I got the light shade which works really well for my skin and it does add some pretty glow (yay!). 
I must say I really love this product (I have been using it every day for two weeks). I wouldn't say it's a miracle for skin by no means, that's a bit exaggerated but I wasn't expecting that anyway, who would? It is super-easy to apply, just like a moisturizer. I don't wear a moisturizer underneath because I feel like I don't need to and it would be a bit too greasy with one. Applied on it's own with some powder on top it looks gorgeous and holds up pretty well. It's like your skin but better with a nice glow. If you are looking for full coverage this isn't for you, it's just enough to even out the skin and make it look healthy. I love wearing this to school and then wearing foundation when I want to feel more dolled up. Oh and it has a lovely fresh clean smell too! Have you tried this? Any thoughts?
